Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create high-quality, platform-specific content (graphics, short-form videos, and copy) that drives engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to community interactions, and manage brand sentiment.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and platform-specific advertising.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines.
