Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and video content that showcases the durability and aesthetics of YKK AP aluminum products.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and audience reach.
- Engage with our digital community by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful brand conversations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated digital campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all content reflects our brand identity and professional values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong video editing skills for short-form content (Reels/TikTok).
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a good command of English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media analytics.
- Highly creative, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
