You will be responsible for end-to-end content production, ensuring that our brand messaging remains consistent, impactful, and aligned with our global marketing goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content, including graphics, short-form videos, and captions.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for strategy optimization.
- Engage with our digital community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive brand conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with product launches and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage paid social media campaigns to increase brand reach and conversion rates within defined budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator) or Canva.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, algorithms, and audience demographics.
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with superior copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into social media strategy.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
