Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Create compelling visual and written content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activities to optimize engagement
- Manage community interactions, respond to inquiries, and foster customer relationships
- Coordinate with marketing team on campaign integration and promotional activities
- Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand reach
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven social media management experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and campaign execution
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing
- Deep understanding of Indonesian beauty market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines
