Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, create, and schedule high-quality content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral challenges, and platform-specific features.
- Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut or similar mobile editing tools.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to identify insights and optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with e-commerce objectives.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for brand awareness and product promotion.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship or project experience is a plus.
- Proficient in video editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, or VN.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative mindset.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing trends.
