You will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, from strategic planning and content creation to community engagement and performance analysis. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging text, image, and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the brand's social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to foster a positive brand community.
  • Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare regular performance reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to produce cohesive brand assets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different platforms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific advertising features.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
