Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create high-quality visual and written content, including short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and graphic designs.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide data-driven reports to optimize performance.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and beauty industry developments.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute seasonal marketing campaigns and brand launches.
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to broaden our reach and brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts with a portfolio of creative work.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including insights and scheduling tools.
- Proficient in content creation software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia with a creative and engaging tone.
- Deep interest and knowledge in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented individual with strong time-management skills.
- Willing to be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
