Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content (video, image, and text) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Drive brand awareness and audience growth through innovative social media campaigns and storytelling.
- Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, providing monthly reports and actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Engage with our digital community by moderating comments, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive brand image.
- Execute end-to-end video production, from storyboarding and filming to post-production editing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or professional content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategies, and user engagement tactics.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English, with a sharp eye for detail and tone of voice.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A creative portfolio showcasing previous work, viral content, or successful campaign management.
