PT Ozzy Hookah Lounge is looking for a dynamic and highly creative Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our team in the heart of Bali. We are seeking a visual storyteller who lives and breathes digital trends and knows exactly how to capture the electric atmosphere of our venue.
In this role, you will be the voice and the lens of our brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-impact content that drives engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat. If you are passionate about hospitality, love creating viral-ready content, and have a knack for growing online communities, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand identity.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content on-site during operational hours.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, and applying trending audio/filters.
- Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize posting schedules and content types for maximum reach.
- Collaborate with our operations team to promote events, special offers, and new menu launches.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates within the hospitality sector.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role (Hospitality/F&B background preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video creation (TikTok/Reels).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar mobile apps).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for growth.
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills and creative eye for photography and lighting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends to capture peak venue activity.
