- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize our content strategy.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and traffic data to report on campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader brand campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator with a strong portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to grow social media pages and create high-performing content, backed by case studies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
