Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars for TikTok and Instagram.
- Create engaging concepts, storyboards, and scripts tailored to skincare and wellness audiences.
- Direct and perform on-location/in-clinic shooting of high-quality video footage and imagery.
- Edit raw footage into viral-ready, aesthetic video content using mobile or professional editing software.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports for improvement.
- Engage with the community by managing comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator, specifically in the beauty/skincare industry.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar mobile editors).
- Strong storytelling skills with a flair for writing scripts that convert.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta Utara and manage high-paced shooting schedules.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetic visual presentation and current beauty trends.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
