Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and video assets for campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Engage with our digital community by responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.
- Research emerging industry trends and competitor activities to suggest creative content opportunities.
- Support the coordination of digital influencer collaborations and promotional events.
- Assist in drafting copy for social media posts, stories, and captions that align with the Propan Raya brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and content best practices.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn technical product benefits into engaging social content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and reporting.
