Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management and scheduling of content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas, including video concepts for Reels and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond to inquiries or feedback in a timely, professional manner.
- Analyze weekly social media metrics to track performance and suggest optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Support the team during digital activations and offline events as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and content formats (specifically TikTok and Instagram).
- Excellent creative writing and copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic social media data.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commit to a full-time or flexible part-time internship arrangement.
- Available to work from the office in Jakarta Barat.
