Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) with engaging content calendars
- Organize end-to-end marketing events from concept to execution and post-event analysis
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights tools
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms
- Create SEO-optimized content including blogs, infographics, and video scripts
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine digital strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management with SEO/SEM focus
- Proven track record of successful event organization and execution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian digital landscape and crypto industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
