As our Social Media Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our online community. You won't just be posting content; you will be crafting the narrative that drives engagement, shapes brand identity, and converts viewers into loyal customers. If you are obsessed with trends, know the TikTok algorithm inside out, and have a sharp eye for aesthetic branding, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from brainstorming and scriptwriting to filming and post-production.
  • Monitor and analyze social media KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and viral challenges to ensure JINISO maintains its competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of social media specialists and content creators.
  • Engage with the community by moderating comments, responding to DMs, and fostering positive brand sentiment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, specifically with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Deep understanding of short-form video formats (Reels/TikTok) and current trends.
  • Proficiency in content editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from social media insights/analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly creative, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
