Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary host and face for the company’s TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content.
- Conceptualize and produce creative video content that aligns with current social media trends and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular live streaming sessions to engage with our audience and promote products in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages to foster a loyal community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms, features, and viral trends.
- Represent the brand at local events, store openings, or coffee shop activations when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a social media talent, influencer, or content creator with a strong portfolio of work.
- Exceptional confidence and charisma when presenting on camera with a professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and basic conversational English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into engaging visual stories.
- Familiarity with mobile video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Strong understanding of what makes content go viral in the lifestyle and F&B industry.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work full-time at our headquarters in Medan.
