Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive social assessments for children and families to identify needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans to ensure positive outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to beneficiaries and their guardians.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, schools, hospitals, and community agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate group work, workshops, or advocacy programs designed to strengthen family support systems.
- Advocate for the rights and welfare of beneficiaries within the legal and social service framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field (relevant certifications preferred).
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in child welfare, family services, or clinical social work.
- Strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with diverse populations.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in local languages to effectively communicate with families is a significant advantage.
