Tanggung Jawab
- Assess the developmental needs of children and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy, counseling, and support to children with developmental delays
- Work closely with families to implement strategies and provide resources for home-based support
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and medical professionals
- Conduct developmental screenings and evaluations to track progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and intervention plans
- Provide emotional support and counseling to families navigating developmental challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Social Worker
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and evidence-based practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for child development
