Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify the needs of families and individuals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized intervention plans to support family stability.
- Provide clinical counseling and crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional or relational distress.
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure wrap-around support services.
- Facilitate family support groups and psycho-educational workshops within the community.
- Advocate for client needs and navigate complex public assistance resources to improve family welfare.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in family service settings, child protection, or community development.
- Strong understanding of local social welfare policies, community resources, and intervention frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads with empathy and professional boundaries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management software applications.
