Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs including communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence
- Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and activities tailored to different learning styles
- Assess participant needs and customize training content to address specific organizational challenges
- Facilitate interactive workshops and create a positive learning environment that encourages participation
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and development
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with organizational goals
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate training or facilitation
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Certification in training and development or related field is highly desirable
- Experience developing training materials and curriculum for soft skills development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in training preparation and delivery
