We are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer (Java Backend) to join our high-performing engineering team in Jakarta.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining the robust backend systems that power our lending platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and scalable solutions that handle high volumes of transactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Java/Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product managers and frontend developers to define system requirements and API specifications.
- Optimize application performance and reliability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Implement robust security measures to protect user data and financial transactions.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development, specifically with Java.
- Strong proficiency with the Spring Boot framework and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment.
