Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into efficient software solutions.
- Optimize application performance and reliability to support high-throughput laboratory automation workflows.
- Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code in alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Participate in full-cycle software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system bottlenecks and production issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using languages such as Java, C#, Python, or Go.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
- Proven experience building and consuming RESTful or gRPC APIs in a production environment.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
