Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern tech stacks.
- Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, utilizing proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin.
- Identify and resolve software defects, ensuring high performance and scalability of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and sprint meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Optimize existing codebase to improve application efficiency and user experience.
- Document technical processes and code changes to maintain high standards of software development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1 preferred) OR Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) to communicate with regional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go).
- Experience with database management, API design, and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
