Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment
- Utilize Japanese or Mandarin fluency for stakeholder communication and documentation
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure code quality standards
- Develop project documentation including requirements, specs, and progress reports
- Mentor engineering team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years experience in software development with project management exposure
- Native or professional proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin (written/spoken)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Technical proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder management abilities
