Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality code and innovative features.
- Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering standards for the development department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Managers, Designers, and QA to align technical output with business objectives.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical guidance to maintain software excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and technical innovation within the team.
- Manage engineering project timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Deep understanding of full-stack development, modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, system architecture, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing remote or distributed teams is considered a significant advantage.
