Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Fintech products (payments, lending, financial platforms) aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Business teams to translate strategic initiatives into well-architected engineering deliverables.
- Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly reliable distributed systems.
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices including code quality, CI/CD, testing automation, and operational excellence (SLOs, incident management).
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while balancing feature velocity with long-term technical health.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a diverse and high-performing engineering organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3+ years in an engineering management role.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in building large-scale microservices and distributed systems.
- Proven experience in the Fintech domain or a similar high-compliance, high-scale environment is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and data engineering principles.
- Excellent people leadership skills with a track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
