Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural strategies for core financial services and transportation products.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure best practices and system stability.
- Collaborate closely with product management and design teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features and releases.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system scalability and performance under high load.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong technical background in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or Node.js).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
