Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain scalable backend microservices to support evolving business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project roadmaps and technical feasibility.
- Optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through automation, CI/CD, and agile best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and perform architectural design reviews to ensure system reliability and security.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve system performance and reduce technical debt.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies to ensure high availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a Tech Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Architect capacity.
- Expertise in backend microservices architecture and API-first design.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, or Node.js).
- Deep understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
