PT Starlit Energy Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Software / Pre-Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this dual-function role, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative software solutions and our clients' specific business needs.
The ideal candidate will combine deep software knowledge with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts, conduct high-impact product demonstrations, and provide technical guidance during the sales cycle. You will play a pivotal role in driving our market presence by ensuring that our clients fully understand the value and scalability of our software offerings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address technical questions and provide expert guidance on software capabilities.
- Develop customized proof-of-concept (POC) solutions tailored to meet client-specific requirements.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Conduct regular training sessions for clients on software implementation and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage the technical transition phase from the pre-sales cycle to the post-sales implementation process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a software engineering, pre-sales, or technical consultancy role.
- Strong technical foundation in software development lifecycles and modern architectural patterns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and professional demeanor in client-facing interactions.
