You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards through rigorous testing methodologies. This position requires close collaboration with development teams to validate UI/UX implementations, optimize application performance, and contribute to feature development and hotfixes under Engineering Manager supervision. As a key member of our QA team, you'll conduct comprehensive testing across web applications, identify potential issues early in the development cycle, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. The role demands a blend of technical proficiency and analytical thinking to balance speed with precision in our agile development process. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to validate front-end implementations (HTML/CSS/JS) for functional compliance
- Conduct performance and load testing to optimize application speed and user experience
- Assist in developing new features and implementing hotfixes under Engineering Manager guidance
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics to guide development priorities
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure QA integration throughout the development lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective UI validation
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and web optimization techniques
- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and test management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
- Ability to work independently under Engineering Manager supervision
