Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software products.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide quality insights and risk assessments.
- Conduct manual testing across various platforms, including web and mobile, to ensure cross-device compatibility.
- Assist in building and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and best practices within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and test management software.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and actionable bug reports and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Cypress) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
