Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test scripts for enterprise-grade financial applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to identify software requirements and ensure design quality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to maintain high software standards.
- Report, track, and escalate software defects throughout the development lifecycle until resolution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document testing processes and maintain a library of test cases to support continuous integration workflows.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the development pipeline and propose improvements to increase deployment frequency and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably within the fintech or banking sector.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for data-driven testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local business context in Indonesia is a significant advantage.
