Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant Manager to join our dynamic talent pool. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between development, product, and QA analyst teams to ensure our digital ecosystem delivers unparalleled user experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will not only oversee testing protocols but also lead initiatives to enhance our overall software development lifecycle (SDLC) maturity.
You will be responsible for defining test strategies, monitoring quality metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our technical operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate testing activities between Development, QA Analysts, and Product Management teams.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Analyze product requirements to ensure testability and technical feasibility.
- Monitor and report on software quality metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive the implementation of QA best practices, including CI/CD integration and automated testing frameworks.
- Manage the identification, documentation, and tracking of software defects to resolution.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Solid experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Cypress).
- Proficiency in API testing, performance testing, and database verification (SQL).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
