Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level technical support for software communication platforms to enterprise-level clients.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software-related technical issues via ticket systems and live sessions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal development teams to escalate and track critical bugs.
- Document technical solutions and create internal knowledge base articles to improve support efficiency.
- Conduct remote training sessions for new users and system administrators.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical bottlenecks.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, clear, and concise communication.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a software support or technical helpdesk role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and API integrations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting web-based applications and cloud communication software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with SQL, log analysis tools, or CRM software is highly desirable.
