In this role, you will play a critical part in our software development lifecycle, ensuring that our platforms meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
As a Software Tester, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify defects, validate requirements, and advocate for the end-user experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software features.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and improve development processes.
- Document software defects using issue tracking systems and follow through to resolution with the development team.
- Conduct thorough exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential UX bottlenecks.
- Provide clear, concise reports on product quality and release readiness to stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to stay aligned with project goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manual or automated software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Proficiency in SQL for database verification and data integrity testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical team members.
- Understanding of API testing tools like Postman is a significant advantage.
