Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues using established bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely status updates on testing progress, defect reports, and overall project health.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings to advocate for quality and testability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or similar role, preferably in an Agile development environment.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and test management tools.
- Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation is a plus.
