Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects/bugs through to resolution using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform regression, smoke, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system stability.
- Monitor and report on application performance, identifying bottlenecks and potential improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning and design reviews to provide early quality feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).
- Basic understanding of database querying (SQL) and API testing (Postman or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
