Solar Grid Alternatives Inc. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Solar Construction Manager / Installation Manager to lead our high-performing team in Las Piñas City and across the Philippines. As our Construction Manager, you will oversee on-site engineering teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure that every solar PV system we deploy meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of solar energy installation projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site engineers, technicians, and construction crews to promote a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to enforce strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
- Troubleshoot technical, structural, and electrical challenges on-site, implementing practical engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the design and procurement departments to optimize resource allocation and project material staging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Professional license (REE, RME, or CE) is a major advantage.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction management, specifically leading commercial, industrial, or residential solar PV installations.
- Deep understanding of solar PV design, electrical wiring, structural components, and grid-tied/off-grid systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the Philippines as required.
