- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for solar PV system installations
- Manage installation teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material delivery and logistics
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Train junior staff on installation procedures and safety measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in solar PV installation or site supervision
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and installation methodologies
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Certification in solar technology or project management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction and safety regulations
- Valid driver's license and willingness for travel to project sites
