Tanggung Jawab

  • Document technical troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the CRM to build a robust knowledge base.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related healthcare/technical field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing application roles.
  • Solid understanding of front-end web technologies (basic HTML, CSS, or Browser Developer Tools).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in a night-shift capacity or a 24/7 global support environment is a distinct advantage.
