Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and triage incoming support tickets related to patient portal functionality during night shift hours.
- Analyze front-end application behavior to diagnose user-reported errors and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and timely communication to patients and healthcare providers regarding issue status.
- Document technical troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the CRM to build a robust knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to escalate complex bugs or system-wide outages.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards and internal security protocols.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the patient portal experience through user feedback analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related healthcare/technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing application roles.
- Solid understanding of front-end web technologies (basic HTML, CSS, or Browser Developer Tools).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working in a night-shift capacity or a 24/7 global support environment is a distinct advantage.
