Tanggung Jawab
- Design and document end-to-end architecture for complex, large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
- Provide technical guidance and governance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with global architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks, cloud services, and integration patterns to support business goals.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Perform detailed architectural reviews and risk assessments to ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, including CI/CD, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid cloud integration.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong background in API design, microservices, and distributed systems architecture.
- Deep knowledge of database technologies, security protocols, and compliance frameworks.
- Relevant architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly regarded.
