Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery, solution design, and formal proposal development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective win strategies for large-scale IT opportunities.
- Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop detailed SOWs (Statements of Work), technical specifications, and architectural diagrams.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle to ensure seamless handoff to delivery and implementation teams.
- Participate in RFI/RFP processes, ensuring all technical requirements are met with competitive and innovative solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to advise clients on future-proof IT strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Proven track record of designing and selling complex, enterprise-grade IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or data center technologies.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or CISSP) are highly preferred.
