In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to architect enterprise-grade IT solutions, ranging from cloud services and managed networks to cybersecurity and digital infrastructure. You will work closely with the sales team to articulate the value of our managed services, perform technical deep-dives, and ensure that our proposed solutions exceed client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the technical discovery process to identify client pain points and business requirements.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective managed IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Serve as the technical lead during the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) cycles.
- Develop technical diagrams, Bill of Materials (BOM), and architecture documentation.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients throughout the presales engagement process.
- Stay current with industry trends, particularly in Cloud, Network, and Managed Security Services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Presales or Solution Architecture role, preferably within an MSP or Telco environment.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or similar) are highly valued.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
