Tanggung Jawab

- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between project drawings and tender requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope of work and align technical solutions with client goals.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining project variances and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical consultation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients to streamline workflows.
- Proactively address potential project bottlenecks through detailed documentation and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction consulting or technical design roles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, CAD drawings, and BIM models.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, contract documentation, and construction regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple project timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction-specific project management software.
