Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior sonographers in preparing patients for ultrasound examinations and explaining procedures to ensure patient comfort.
- Operate diagnostic ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to capture high-quality, clear images for physician review.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on imaging equipment and report any technical issues to the biomedical team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical history and imaging findings.
- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, infection control measures, and radiation safety regulations.
- Participate in continuing education training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Sonography, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Recent graduate or final year student with a strong academic background in medical sciences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different clinical environments.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using hospital information systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during examinations and perform detailed work.
- Valid medical registration (where applicable) or eligibility to register upon employment.
