We are looking for someone who can proactively manage contract lifecycles—from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal—thereby freeing up our leadership team to focus on high-level strategy.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, tracking renewals, and archiving.
  • Coordinate with legal and project teams to ensure all administrative documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Streamline office workflows to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
  • Assist in organizing project documentation and marketing materials.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal administrative inquiries.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in contract administration, SOP development, or office administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic legal terminology and contract terms is a plus.
