As a Sortation Center Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sorting process of packages requiring special handling, including damaged items, mis-sorted packages, scattered items, and packages with unread labels. Your day-to-day activities will involve coordinating team members, implementing efficient sorting procedures, maintaining quality control standards, and resolving operational challenges. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers across Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the sorting team to ensure efficient handling of packages requiring special attention
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures for damaged, mis-sorted, or scattered items
- Train team members on proper sorting techniques and handling procedures
- Monitor sorting operations and make adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely processing of all packages
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues related to package labeling and routing
- Maintain accurate records of sorting activities and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations with supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Familiarity with sorting systems and package handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
- Willingness to work in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, or Bekasi area
