Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot professional sound systems (mixers, speakers, amplifiers, and microphones) for various event scales.
- Conduct sound checks to ensure optimal audio balance and clarity before every performance or event.
- Collaborate closely with the multimedia team to synchronize audio requirements with visuals and lighting.
- Manage cable routing and equipment safety protocols during setup and dismantling.
- Monitor and adjust audio levels in real-time during live events to maintain high-quality sound standards.
- Maintain and perform basic maintenance on all audio inventory to ensure equipment longevity.
- Provide technical support to artists, speakers, or event organizers as needed during production.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMK Multimedia/Broadcasting is highly preferred).
- Proven experience as a Soundman or Audio Technician for live events (concerts, seminars, weddings, or corporate events).
- In-depth knowledge of audio signal flow, mixing consoles (Digital/Analog), and sound reinforcement techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical audio issues quickly under high-pressure event environments.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physical stamina to handle equipment setup and flexible working hours, including weekends or nights.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in keeping up with the latest multimedia and sound technology trends.
