Henkel is a global leader in adhesive technologies, laundry and home care, and beauty care. We are seeking a motivated Source-to-Pay Intern to join our dynamic team in Makati City. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement automation and quality control within a Fortune 500 environment. You will work alongside industry experts to optimize source-to-pay processes, implement automation solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end source-to-pay process automation using ERP systems
- Support quality control initiatives for procurement data accuracy and compliance
- Analyze procurement workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Document and maintain procurement process documentation
- Support supplier onboarding and performance monitoring activities
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for Q&CI standards
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with data analysis or process automation tools is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with passion for continuous improvement
