We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Source to Contract processes within the procurement department. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a multinational corporate environment while contributing to meaningful projects.
In this role, you will work closely with our procurement professionals, assisting in the coordination of sourcing activities, supplier coordination, and contract management processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the sourcing team in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for various procurement needs
- Assist in preparing tender documentation, request for proposals (RFPs), and quotation comparisons
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and necessary documentation
- Participate in contract drafting, review, and renewal processes under supervision
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procurement activities and supplier information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sourcing initiatives
- Support data analysis and reporting for procurement metrics and performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn about procurement processes and supplier management
- Knowledge of basic procurement or supply chain concepts is a plus
- Available to work full-time for at least 3-6 months
